"I decided to try PURE Fitness on a whim after I found a Groupon for 6 weeks of classes. The gym was conveniently close to my house, and I thought it might be fun to take these classes to stay in shape between training for marathons. Plus, I had attended a couple of one-off boot camp sessions with a friend in another city and thought they were fun so why not try a longer routine? I'm a relatively new distance runner and was hoping I could use the workout to build strength and lose some weight in my "off-season" to achieve faster times. Admittedly, I was a little nervous at first because I'm not a very talkative person when I'm working out and group experiences can be daunting at times. It turns out I LOVED it. First of all, it was totally different from my previous experience - it was much better in every way. Everyone I've met at Boot Camp, from the instructors to my fellow classmates, are so friendly, welcoming, and easy to be around. On top of the great atmosphere, I've also seen great results. Class is different every time, and you can tell the workouts are all carefully planned to get the best results and keep your muscles from adapting. It is clear these folks have knowledge of the science behind the exercise in addition to personal experience. I read many different sources about how to boost my performance, and seem to always find us doing the most highly recommended exercises in class. After 4 weeks, I have lost a little over 1% of my body fat percentage, and my running pace is down over a minute per mile. I could hardly believe the results. I was already down to a relatively low body fat percentage and had hit a plateau, and I hadn't been doing any speed work yet to get my running times down. I've already signed up for four more months this year! The best part is that of all the exercise experiences I've had, this is the only one I will get up early for, or happily go after work without ever trying to talk myself out of it. I never dread this workout. If you want to do something that won't get boring, or need to switch up your routine because you're not really seeing results anymore, PURE Fitness boot camp is the place for you." -Jessica R.

"Several months ago I hired Mike as a personal trainer, upon recommendation from a friend.
